Made the order online and seemed as though everything was in stock and would ship as inicated. Received an email after placing the order that the items were not in stock and were a week back ordered and then asked if I still wanted them. I responded that I did and then 3 weeks went by with no email on shipment status . Emailed the same customer service rep asking to status update and no reponse. Items showed up in damaged internal packaging approximately 4 weeks later.
